為適應公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展要(yao)求,建立相對科學(xue)合理(li)的薪酬(chou)體(ti)(ti)系,提(ti)升公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)運(yun)行(xing)效能,通(tong)過(guo)對同行(xing)業薪酬(chou)體(ti)(ti)系調研學(xue)習以(yi)及征求全體(ti)(ti)員工意見(jian)建議,2020年(nian)初公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)經營層決定對公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)薪酬(chou)體(ti)(ti)系進(jin)行(xing)全面改革并于近期完成。本(ben)次改革從薪酬(chou)激勵(li)制度(du)入手,進(jin)一步落實高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展三年(nian)行(xing)動計(ji)劃,理(li)順公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)業績與(yu)員工收(shou)(shou)入關系,符(fu)合“公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發(fa)展和(he)個人(ren)進(jin)步相匹配(pei)、員工職(zhi)責(ze)和(he)利益收(shou)(shou)入相統一”的原(yuan)則(ze),充分體(ti)(ti)現了(le)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)對人(ren)才培養的導向(xiang)和(he)目的,有利于更大程度(du)上發(fa)揮薪酬(chou)體(ti)(ti)系在用人(ren)機制上的激勵(li)作用,為公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)新一輪發(fa)展提(ti)供(gong)制度(du)保障。
